The cork is rot proof. A good cork for Corks must be 9 to 10 years old
and have the elasticity and flexibility properties necessaries for the use
it is intended to.
A good cork is seen by the eye: regular veins, fine and very little pits.
The corks are always made from the most beautiful cork boards.
The boards are cut in strips which thickness corresponds to the cork's diameter
and the width to the cork's height. Then within the thickness the corks
are cased between the crust and the soft part according to the cork's grain.
The best parts are always chosen.
